What NCAA? Emmert has already said they are

ready to step out of the way. And traditions like maintaining certain rivalry games that have to be played may go way down in the order of priority if not out the window altogether.

I don't think anything is off the table for any school.

And does anyone know if this is the result of the SEC poaching or TX and OU decommitting?
