That sounds delicious. The only thing that would keep me from making it


It having to have so many varieties of smoked meat to use..
Smoked chicken, turkey, pork, and brisket. That's a lot of meats that you'd have to smoke for just a half pound or less. I guess I could save some of each next time I smoke some. But that's going to take a while.
