Hey.

Center Street is crazy. Stay away if over 30.
Try to avoid Student Section of any Stadiums.
It was overcrowded, in those sections due to general admission for students. It carried over to that section.
The throwing of the things is not a norm. Some of the students need to grow up. Some are truly high school juniors with no experience. Add alcohol and they are obnoxious.
A Hokie Club member sent a complaint with some of your exact things he was in section 5/7 near you but lower. Not acceptable. They have send an apology through VT sports addressing some of the issues. That is not the norm.
Concessions was an issue because of the first game with alcohol and no cash service. They are generally great. You should have gone to south end zone for concessions. They have the best in that area.
Weed is new, may be to the new laws IMO.
With all that said. In the West stands, I saw none of this. Although, concessions were long. Behavior was fine. I sat and talked with UNC fans and they are coming back using some of my tickets later in the year. So, I guess experiences are different. NCST, is my favorite venue to attend as an opponent. Yea, they had friendly harassment. As a police office, I am not offend.
