Vaccines reduce the severity of symptoms and MAY reduce the number
of infections.
This is MUCH more than offset by the increased level of contact among vaccinated individuals. Again, look at Israel. Ads that say, "live your life and go back to normal," are increasing the spread.
People need to stay home when the slightest bit sick. We've proven we can do that. That is how you slow the spread.
Vaccines help all of this. That said they're simply too new with no mass long term effects known. Look at Zantac or many other drugs as examples. It's now known to cause cancer and off the market.
Look at the J&J clotting issues in women. This is NOW known to be exacerbated by women that are anemic and on a multi-function BC pill. These interactions are not known. The studies did not cover all scenarios. People that have been vaccinated are dying or developing major health issues and it's not known why.
Many in the population don't want to take a new drug with limited interactions known and limited efficacy when the survival rate in their age population of the actual disease is statistically guaranteed. How is this hard to understand? This is NOT a Polio vaccine. How many Polio mutation were there in a single year? How many measles mutations? I am the most pro-vaccine person out there. But I'm also a late adopter.
The hatred and vitriol spewed over this is disgusting. I've not heard one anti-vax person wish that the vaccinated would die. Can't say the same the other way around.
