Athlete misconduct will be fun too


Imagine all of the past sexual assault allegations by college athletes. Now, those will result in civil suits against the state of Virginia, especially if plaintiff can find a nexus between the sporting activity and the misconduct (e.g. groping a football gta or the like).

And let’s not forget myriad restrictions on state employees. For one, state employees cannot undertake political activities during work hours. No more protests I guess.

This is a giant can about to be opened.
