I’m assuming your targeting question was about Dax & it was close but I

Could see how they would call it. I still think a penalty is sufficient except in the most egregious cases & this one wasn’t. The horse collar call was clearly a horse collar but the refs said since it happened inside “the box” or “tackle box” that horse collar tackles aren’t illegal. News to me but I trust they know the rules better than I do.
