They don't carry the virus as long as the unvaccinated
Average length of stay in the hospital for unvaccinated is 7 days in the hospital versus 2 days for the vaccinated. They're working on a nasal spray that will eliminate the virus that eludes the immune system.
The main problem with people who don't have built-in genetic immunity is that the protection is temporary and the virus can get into membrane cells protected from most of the immune system. So the solution has been booster shots and nasal spray. [Post edited by lchoro at 10/12/2021 10:33PM]
