I HAD one that we installed for my house in Connecticut. It would be a


tech generation or 2 before what you're looking at.

The good. Yup....no maintenance. If you're really interested in a cool design, it can also be curved / bent when it's laid.

The bad? Definitely more expensive. Depending on the stain color, it gets HOT. Such as, don't go out on that deck barefoot hot. And the Trex we installed, even though it was made from (generally) plastic, did have a swelling issue over time.

If they've fixed that swelling issue, then overall I'd recommend it. You can deal with the HOT problem by just wearing sandals.
