I've learned in the business world no one is looking out for your best


interests other than yourself. The job market is pretty hot so put yourself out there. Interview for jobs you have no desire in, just to get some interview experience under your belt. What's the worst that can happen, they offer you a job?

As for your kids, I'm not sure what to say. Maybe some tough love would do the trick. If you have EAP thru your health insurance that might be a good place to start. Kids are a pain in the ass. I know I was, and look at me now :)
