Your right, but here is the problem


The reality is there is no cannot-miss candidate and even if there was he would probably be way out of our budget. The reason why there is no consensus on the ideal HC for us on this forum is that they all have 1 or more problems. Picking the one that has the least amount of issues is basically a crapshoot. I have no idea if JC would be a good coach or not for VT, but I do hope that one we pick has energy, emotion, and love of VT. Lastly, whoever the HC ends up being, I do firmly hope he has a place on his staff for JC.
