so by Rule 1 (see below) he is already qualified to have his own statue on campus.

Rules VT Should Live By
1. All former players are qualified to have their own statue proudly displayed on campus regardless of their accomplishments because being a Hokie is the ONLY necessary requirement.
2. If wrong, then refer back to Rule 1.
