When the offensive coaching are coaching and micro managing players so they cannot improvise. its a problem. When a player makes a great play but it isn't the play that was called by the staff and the player gets his ass chewed. that is what was wrong. There was no on the field innovation and creativity by the players because it was not allowed. Game situations changes and the team has to have confidence they an adjust.
