When my Mom (MPHNCRIP) was alive, I drove to NoVA to take


her to have cataract surgery. I'd never parked in her parking lot before - had always stayed at my sister's (SPHNCRIP) but this trip my sister had also passed so I parked in the visitor's spaces at MPHNC's lot. Forgot to get a pass. Came out the morning of surgery and the car was gone. $135. We took MPHNC's car which she still had at the time so we made it to surgery promptly. Dealt with the tow company while MPHNC was recovering and gave the office at her apartments hell. They knew us and they knew I was there for that but the tow company didn't.
