One thing that could possibly get your $155 back


the area must be clearly marked (not a faded chipped yellow curb) with signs that tell you who to call if towed. Laws may vary from state to state, but my VA HOA had to refund several towing fees b/c they didn't follow this policy. I'd recommend calling management company if it's even a question. Probably wouldn't hurt to read your HOA guidelines on towing.
