The 2-inch Styrofoam insulation sold at Lowes works very well. In


conjunction with a foam gun hitting all the seems works even better. If you want to be a penny pincher go to Hugeoff.com and get the $20.00 off $100 coupons emailed instantly as a pdf and buy the boards in 100 dollar increments. I do this all the time with Lowes Advantage card knock off another 5%.
