Heinz Field is only 4 miles from Pitt Campus

That's not in bad shape like Miami with the stadium over 20 miles away. Plus Pitt uses the Steelers facilities. Heinz Field is too large for the crowds Pitt draws and a smaller stadium would be nice, but the big deal is Miami. If Miami can get this done, it's a big deal for Miami.

BTW NCState has a similar situation as Pitt. Carter Finley Stadium is at the State Fairgrounds 3 miles away and not on NCState Campus. They don't share it with a NFL team though.
