Maryland has multiple garages. I've used before.

At BC I took the train the one time I went, so I didn't see a garage, and I wasn't looking for one.

Miami has a garage that they use for basketball and baseball games. I've been there many times. They could use that garage and provide a shuttle. Plus they would need to build more.
