I love watching VT football but I won't let my son play it. . .


How much of a hypocrite am I?

How many others on this board feel the same way?

Does anybody else who feels the way I do feel conflicted?

Anytime I have doubts about keeping my son out of tackle football I see what happened to the Chargers' Tight End and I am reminded why I keep him out.

Some background on me: My son is 8 years old and I live in Salem, VA which is as football crazy as anyplace.
