A regulation HS wrestling match goes 6 minutes. A regulation HS football game is 48 minutes.

So, are you more likely to get a concussion playing both ways for 1 football game, or wrestling 8 wrestling matches?

Put another way, I'm not sure I know a serious wrestler that hasn't had at least one concussion. I know lots of kids that played football youth through HS and NEVER had a concussion.

It's obviously hard to compare apples to oranges, but I'm sure someone has data on this.
