We need a serious upgrade in talent.


And 2 of the 3 for next year are also mid major talent. That doesn't mean they won't improve as both have upside but they won't help us improve a whole lot.

Love MY and seriously hope he does the job but whenever a coach moves up from lower level, recruiting is a challenge.
