Thank you. I don’t know why others here forget perspective

This is only year three and when MY started we had lost 80% of the players because of how Buzz set it up. The first year was success just being able to field a team.

It is still far too early to judge the recruits who are young. But his assist hires have been great and their recruiting appears to be at a very solid level.

Next year will be a very young team and will have challenges from that. But after that, it looks like the program is shaping up very nicely with a purposeful long term focus.
