her projects was the CDC's study on teenage smoking. It comes out every several years.
Well, the CDC still was counting on school divisions to mail in paper survey forms to the CDC with the results of each school division's findings. Every division in the US. Old school paper forms that the CDC had to mail to every school division.
Half wouldn't even be received. The ones that were received, had to be manually tabulated by the CDC.
Their mandate was to create an IPad online survey that schools could easily complete with requested data from for the CDC. This was only 2-3 years ago.

Government dinosaur bureaucracy.
