If ND is in the ACC today, I don't think it changes the vote

Why would a school or conference sign a contract for a revised CFP w/o knowing the requirements to even field a team?

Obviously some want the playoff structure to greatly influence the future organization while others think the organization should drive the playoff structure.

Staples is right about the basic ACC/ND dynamic; but I think the decision by the ACC re: CFP is way more about common sense across the entire breadth of college sports than just ND's football affiliation.
