While this is not advice by any means, i knew what i was worth and I asked for it, and when they said no, I had a back up plan.

I make less money now, but have more time, much more time and i am thankful for that more than anything. Some times its not always about the money. I asked for the money, because I didnt want to be there any longer, but I would have stayed if the price was right, at least short term.
