"• Holiday decorations-If you have not removed exterior holiday decorations, please remove them by January 31st or you will receive a courtesy letter.

"• Spring painting-The first day of spring is March 20, 2022. Take a walk around your home, do your shutters need painting? Has the paint color on your house faded? Homeowners are expected to paint the exterior of their homes this spring. You will receive a notice if your home needs to be painted in March."

Haven't taken down your exterior holiday decorations so we'll give you a courtesy letter? Where is the courtesy?

Homeowners are expected to paint their houses this spring. What if it doesn't need it? Or what if my home doesn't need to be painted until October?
