anyone's case, and it's cheap as hell. The one complaint I have is I received a notice from the property manager, with pictures, about rotted wood around my chimney and roof. I got that taken care of and half a year later got another notice that I was going to be fined because I didn't replace the rotted wood around the roof. When I replied with the original picture they sent and a new one, that I'd taken, showing it had been replaced, she replied "Oh, that's not the piece I was talking about. That picture is supposed to be of the piece on the far left."
What the hell? The piece she was referring to was barely noticeable, and was most certainly not the center of the photo. I replied something along the lines of "Okay, well I'm not sure how in the world I was supposed to know that based on that piece very clearly not being the focus of your photo. I'll take care of it at some point."

I think that was two years ago.
