I don’t understand why people use it so much honestly

By the time the food gets delivered it has lost a lot of the integrity. The moment a dish is plated (or packed for transport) it begins to lose some of its best. If I go and pick it up myself it tastes better and it is cheaper. I mean, I get it on occasion but the consistent delivery just baffles me.
