I honestly don't understand why restaurants participate at all.


I also don't understand why anyone is willing to pay the increased cost to use these services.
Just go pick up your own food. It's got to cost nearly double to order a single entree and have it delivered to you. Of course, I'm not the target customer base, as I have never, nor will ever, use any of these services.

But back to the main discussion...if restaurants are getting killed by the fees, why don't they just pull out of the service altogether? Did they get lured into long-term agreements that they can't back out of?
