There is a sub at the table. That person will go in if somebody gets hurt.

Something people may not have noticed in that game, versus our game.

In our game, Texas had a three changed to a two while play was going on. It's that subs job to make those video reviews and not stop play (regular season, it generally gets reviewed at the next media timeout, because there isn't a substitute in the house).

In the Baylor UNC game a similar play happened, but one of the guys on the floor, went and double-checked it himself. It was the bald guy, who happens to be a Big 12 official primarily. It looked really suspicious, that he would try to overturn or see if he could overturn the fourth official three or four minutes later. It was a UNC three.
