Agree, absolutely no change to the game and big risk reduction

I get the concern of some safety provisions that change something about the game, like mandating masks. But the safety base changes nothing, so why not do it.

I guess you could argue that it takes away the advantage the runner has on a bunt where the catcher has to throw to first, OK, maybe a very small change, but in theory, the runner should be outside the baseline anyway, so .....
