Incorrect


Coaches are not "allowed to argue/give feedback on calls" in college.

The coaches can ask a question about a specific rule and their interpretation of that rule in that situation. However, the minute they become argumentative or question something purely on umpire's judgment, this situation becomes "illegal". A judgement call about an illegal pitch cannot be overturned so arguing about it is useless and will result in an ejection.
