Do you think that the East cares about teams in that league?

I still believe that what makes college sports fun and interesting are regional rivalries and mixing fan bases at a local level.

I would agree that the Big XII made a mistake by not taking Louisville when it took WVU. I also think that the ACC made a mistake not taking WVU. WVU belongs in the ACC. Everywhere I go around Virginia I see WVU fans. I don't think I've ever seen a Texas Tech fan or a Iowa State fan locally. When UVA played Texas Tech in the Gator Bowl I did, but that's different than day to day.
