There was also an announcement that the ACC will be centralizing Instant Replay Review for all ACC and Notre Dame football games in Greensboro. There will be an on-site replay official, but Greensboro will review every decision as they occur.

I'm not seeing anything about the ACC Network. But I'll keep looking.
