Even if UT (and therefore Baylor, Texas Tech, and TCU) all get on board with this idea, Houston's biggest obstacle to getting an invite would be convincing the other six non-Texas schools that adding yet another school from the state of Texas is somehow a good idea. If we expand to 14, sure it could happen. But if we just go (back) to 12, I just don't see it. Just my personal opinion.
