ESPN will not endorse any more conference networks after ACC?

Interesting comment from OU board:

"All that matters now is that Skipper from ESPN said in public today that he will not endorse another conference network. He stated today that he had to get permission from the CEO of Disney to make the ACC Network.

A TV channel for the Big 12 is 100% off the table. "

I haven't seen this comment elsewhere. It's not like the B12 had much chance at a network with the LHN clogging things up, but interesting to see it formalized in no uncertain terms... if that's what was said.
