It's primary success to date has been exposure. It isn't clear if the


schools have even recouped their own on-site investments.

There is no competitive advantage for the ACC/ESPN to release their numbers but the conferences know the footprints and carriage fees. PACN's carriage fees are $0.39/ month (compared to $1.30 for the SEC and $1 for the BTN), and and they know their potential for distribution.

If the ACC with its huge footprint lands between the BTN and PACN, then beginning in 2019, PAC 12 is facing a huge disparity with now 3 conferences, and the 4th may collapse.

I think the PAC will make a move regarding their network, giving into Direct TV's demands, selling an interest, or both. And it may even get back into the expansion discussion with some Big 12's.
