ACC Network business plan....

I have been monitoring the ACC Network through my new Roku device. They have a limited selection of Olympic sports that appear to be locally produced (at the school) at minimal cost. That is a good thing.

However, I have free access to everything that is playing. As such how will the ACC Network make money? Toward that end when I click on the ACC Network does ESPN know? Are they counting clicks right now to just assess the opportunity?
