Sounds like young HC members might be looking for another club....


(sorry, trying to tie this in to the conf realignment board)

All kidding aside, the HC has already come a long way (believe it or not), but it still has a long way to go, I agree. Whit is not unaware of the shortcomings and lack of modernization, but it's not going to change over night.

To counter your experience, I had left the Hokie club for several years, and when I decided to rejoin (last year), I called to discuss reclaiming my missing consecutive years. They worked with me to make that happen and all communications (during and after donation) were very positive and appreciated.

There are gaps and things that can be improved, but I believe things are moving in the right direction. Your feedback would be appreciated by the right people at the club, so please try to pass it along in a constructive manner to help improve their processes for the next first time donor!
