Call to cancel and make it clear that price is the reason


When my original trial ran out, they mailed me an offer for $30 for 6 months. So I activated it. Then, at the end of the 6 months, I called to cancel, told the person that it was worth $5/month to me and not worth $20/month to me and magically they had a special "courtesy rate" of $25 for 5 months.
