It looked like a quote, at first....


...but Dresser was much more involved in the Hokeye defection than Robie was. Dresser was interested in the VT job when Brands was hired, but but Brands his endorsement.Dresser witnessed current VT coaches calling his CHS wrestlers to get them to go to Iowa. Dresser lobbied Weaver to keep wrestlers. Robie didn't really work with Metcalf or any of the Hokeyes.
