TerryD, we like your thoughts and visits to this board,

and I will be very surprised if ND ever joins full time. However, the landscape is changing rapidly. My only advice, not just for ND or anyone else, is to learn from the past, and enjoy the nostalgia, but plan for the future. When we just recently changed the Hokie Scholarship Fund rules for ticket allocation, we ruffled the feathers of some big donors. While that was not the intent, the change had to be made for the future. I am even sure we lost some donors, but for the future of the program, the change had to be made. Deep down, I think you know where college football is headed. Independence is fine, but the mega trend is for conference affiliation. Peace.
