Closing on a townhouse this afternoon, realtor company has a free truck

for us to use. I picked it up yesterday so I could start loading that SOB this morning. Opened it up and it's half full from the people who used it last. I called the realtor company and the lady said "Oh yeah, they said they'd come back for that but I forgot to tell them that they needed to do that before yesterday. I don't have anywhere to put that stuff, can you just use the other half of the truck?" Wonderful! Pretty sure I could've easily fit everything in here and only need to make one trip, having half the truck taken away is going to make that tough. I need to email that lady and let her know that I take zero responsibility if any of the crap in there breaks (I'm obviously going to take care and not intentionally break anything).
