The good news is we're in a neighborhood where homes in our square footage/condition sell very fast. The average on-market time of the past four such homes is under 2 weeks. We've located another development we like so the process has begun.

We have spent 6 of the past 10 full days ridding our attic, den, family room, garage and basement office
of clutter and idiotic materialistic ephemera we've pack-ratted in cupboards and shelves throughout the house.

It's as though we stuck or crammed one item per day each day we've lived here (this is where the 5176 comes in) and now we're throwing out stuff that's useless and making numerous trips to Goodwill.

Never again. Never. Not ever.
