YEP....I'm targeting marketing next spring. The decluttering has begun.

I will retire to a fully furnished and outfitted beach house and have no need for ANYTHING in my present house. I've offered to let my grand daughter conduct a couple yard sales and she can pocket the proceeds. I have a buddy that owns a dumpster company and can get a good deal. Researching furniture consignment places and other charities. Donations to libraries (do they actually do books anymore??), etc. Scary proposition.....but I'm ready!
