(at least residential electrical isn't all that hard, industrial electrical is where it gets complicated)

if your basis of knowledge is being unsure whether or not you can swap coax for a 120V outlet, then don't even try.

The main issue will be pulling all new wiring, which is likely going to be somewhere between difficult and impossible without tearing up the walls.
