Most Dermatologists are M-F 8-5 types

Most, not all, are women that don't like to be on call. At least that's what my primary care physician told me when I asked why the entire dermatology group practice were women. The one I did see was very good but it was during normal business hours.

Hope your spouse's condition is not ultra critical and that she gets the care she needs very soon.
