New USN&WR National University Rankings are out.


And going by average ranking for the conferences, the ACC moved up largely due to the fact that FSU and NCSU have moved way up to 81. They were not in the top 100 5 years ago. They have moved up 25 spots or so since then. Louisville still lags, and WVU has fallen even further back. Don't know what's going on there.

By average rank, the Ivy League is top academic at 7.25 average rank.

For the ACC, the average rank is now 50.0. Eight ACC members are in the top 50, and 14 are in the top 81. Louisville is at 165.

For the Big Ten, which is second among P5, the average rank is 62.2.
