voting to change it. Politicians are bloodsucking, lying pond scum but i never accused them of being stupid! They will NEVER end their gravy -train by voting a limit to it!

At least, with 2/3 of state legislatures having to vote, we could "maybe" pressure the local scum for fear of getting vote out immediately..

Basically, this was a hole in out constitution IMO...Letting Congress vote on limiting THEIR OWN personal gravy train..

..BUT, a man can dream!!!!!!!!!!!!
