Went from 10.1 to 5.3 in 3 months. Lost 25 lbs and walk every day.


Cut out milk, tea, and soda. Ate smaller portions but ate more frequently. Havent taken medicine in a year. It is so hard to stay commited. Think it is important to treat yourself occasionally. Stress was my biggest problem.
