Yeh, people in Europe do NOT want to be rushed or hovered over.


Europeans expect to take hours to finish a meal. In the minds of Europeans, Americans are always in a hurry to finish and get out.

Yes, I’ve been there and was initially very frustrated at, especially, not being able to get a check.
